Dr. Jasmine Byrd, EdD

Jasmine Byrd, EdD, is an educator and consultant with over 10 years of experience supporting learners from pre-kindergarten through adulthood, primarily within multilingual education, special education, and youth leadership spaces. Her work has spanned New York City’s boroughs and includes statewide advocacy through NYS TESOL and Educators for Excellence (E4E). She focuses on building individual and collective capacity for leadership and advocacy, while designing learning experiences that cultivate critical thinking, agency, and practical pathways for change.

She holds an EdD in Education Policy & Leadership from American University, an MA in TESOL from Hunter College, and a BA in Spanish and Studio Art from Georgetown University. Her training grounds her work in systems thinking, leadership, design thinking, UDL, and liberatory, equity-centered frameworks. At Made Manifest, Jasmine supports educators and leaders in translating values into actionable, strategic, and transformative practice.
