With over 20 years of experience in mental health, executive coaching, and organizational wellness, Dr. Sharon brings an unmatched depth of expertise to the challenges facing school communities today. Dr. Grossman earned her PhD in Psychology from Fordham University and has become one of the leading voices on burnout recovery, leadership, and resilience. Her work harnesses Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and neuroplasticity to help people rewire unhelpful patterns — so they can show up as their best selves, even under pressure.
