Overview

At Made Manifest we know that our digital tools are most effective when those who are using them are at their best! Spark Unplugged is all about investing in your greatest asset- your teachers and staff.  This series is designed with the health and wellbeing of your people in mind, giving them tools that are scientifically proven to decrease burnout, stress and overwhelm. 

Learn practical, and immediately applicable breathing, meditation and movement practices that can refuel focus and motivation, while enhancing feelings of contentment.

MEDITATION & BREATHING FOR TEACHERS

Burnout is real. In this session, we introduce educators to simple, research-backed breathing and meditation practices they can use during the day—before a meeting, between classes, or even at dismissal. These strategies are proven to reduce stress, anxiety, and fatigue, and are linked to improved mood, professional performance, and overall well-being. No prior experience needed—just an open mind and a few quiet moments.

MINDFUL MOMENTS FOR THE CLASSROOM

We also equip teachers with a few easy, age-appropriate tools they can use with students—whether to help calm the class after recess, focus before a test, or transition between subjects. These practices help create a more grounded, responsive classroom culture. Teachers leave with ready-to-use language and techniques they can integrate right away.

EVIDENCE-BASED, IMPACTFUL, ACCESSIBLE

All techniques are grounded in research and backed by studies showing benefits for people coping with anxiety, PTSD, depression, and more. Mindfulness doesn’t require a special room or long time commitment. We show staff how to make space for wellness without overhauling the day—just thoughtful shifts that create real impact.

Meet the Trainer:
Mary-Ann Mastreani

With over 30 years of experience in Yoga, Meditation, and Mindfulness, Mary-Ann Mastreani brings a deeply compassionate and practical approach to wellness. Holding a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology with specializations in Somatic Therapies and Expressive Arts, she is also a certified Integrative Life Coach through Coaching for Transformation.

Mary-Ann has guided hundreds of individuals through the challenges of burnout, stress, and major life transitions—particularly in high-demand professions like education. Her approach is grounded, accessible, and designed to meet participants exactly where they are.

Through Spark Unplugged, Mary-Ann offers evidence-informed tools to help teachers reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and build sustainable self-care practices. Her work spans all ages and environments—from classrooms to retreats—and she has taught in schools, hospitals, corporate settings, yoga studios, and beyond.

Her sessions are welcoming and practical, with techniques that can be integrated into daily life and offer immediate benefits to the mind and body.
