Staff, Teacher, and Administrator Workshops / Coaching PD Catalog
Workshops can be scheduled flexibly. For example, they can be delivered as a Monday after school PD for the full staff, or we can run multiple smaller sessions at the same time with several trainers. These are led by Dana and the Made Manifest Team.
AI for Educators and School Leaders
Practical ways teachers and administrators can use safe AI tools now available in NYC Public Schools, including Gemini in Google Classroom, NotebookLM, and other DOE-approved tools.
AI for Differentiation
A session showing teachers how AI tools can differentiate instruction, generate scaffolds, adapt texts, support vocabulary development, and create tiered tasks for diverse learners.
NotebookLM: Turning School Documents into an AI Teaching Assistant
Teachers learn how to upload curriculum materials and school documents and generate summaries, study guides, discussion questions, and instructional supports grounded in trusted materials
Dynamic Discussions: Building Student Dialogue
This workshop introduces a simple framework for designing meaningful classroom discussions. Educators learn how to spark conversations with strong questions, model effective dialogue, use clear protocols to ensure all students participate, and connect discussions to real-world applications. Teachers leave with practical strategies to make classroom discussions more engaging, structured, and inclusive.
Leadership Coaching for Administrators and Aspiring School Leaders
We partner with Terance Joseph, who supports administrators and staff interested in leadership roles. His work focuses on instructional leadership, coaching teachers, and supporting staff preparing for administrative roles. Link to Terence's bio and session descriptions
Front Office and Parent Coordinator Support
We offer 1:1 or small group coaching sessions specifically designed for school office staff and parent coordinators. These sessions focus on improving communication with families, using translation and digital tools, and streamlining daily tasks with AI. Led by Dana and the Made Manifest Team.
ENL / Multilingual Learner Focused Professional Learning
ENL / Multilingual Learner Focused Professional Learning
In partnership with Dr. Jasmine Byrd, we offer sessions focused on practical instructional strategies to support multilingual learners, including language development, scaffolding academic content, and tools that help teachers make grade level curriculum accessible to students developing English proficiency. Special Education Focused Professional Learning (tech focus)
Sessions focused on differentiation and instructional strategies to support students with diverse learning needs, including practical approaches for scaffolding instruction, supporting comprehension, and adapting materials to help all learners access the curriculum. We incorporate technology that schools already have but don't often realize such as Google's Read Along in Classroom and Microsoft's Learning Accelerators. Led by Dana and the Made Manifest Team.
Parent Workshops
Our parent workshops are practical, engaging sessions designed to support families with topics that matter most, such as digital safety, supporting learning at home, family wellness, and navigating school resources. Sessions can be offered onsite or online and include live translation to ensure all families can participate.
